Cancellation Policy

Hotel La Rosa de America Cancellation Policy has been developed to protect both the interests of the traveler and the hotel.

Refundable Bookings: Cancellations or changes to reservations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the guest arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation date, or “no show” guests will incur a 100% charge in local currency to the guest credit card on file for the first night of the reservation.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Guests will be immediately charged at time of reservation confirmation for the entire reservation. Reservations are non-refundable, non tran sferable and non negotiable once charged. All charges are made in local currency at current bank rates.

We recommend that all travelers consider travel insurance when vacationing in Costa Rica – especially during winter months.

Cancellations must be received by email to info@larosadeamerica.com to be valid.
